A senior professional with a wide range of knowledge and skills in procurement, contract administration, project management and the heritage sector. Tim has extensive knowledge of contract management, pre and post agreement and public sector procurement and management practice. Tim has security clearance to work on military contracts and is currently is currently advising on a programme of modular construction.
